Sunglasses
Fashion
Nothing brings out all your personalities like eyewear. And the right pair – or three – can really tell the world who you are… who you could be.
Protection
Protecting your eyes from the sun is as important as protecting your skin. Foster Grant sunglasses offer protection not only from the visible light, but also from UV Radiation, which can seriously damage your vision.

Foster Grant Lens Technologies
UV Protection
Protects your eyes from invisible UV-A and UV-B rays from the sun.
- UV-A – “aging rays” of the sun, can cause wrinkles and sagging skin
- UV-B – “sunburn rays” can cause cataracts and damage the eye’s lenses
Polarization
Polarized sunglasses reduce glare, making them perfect for driving, when you’re on the water, on the snow or in the sand. Polarization blocks the reflected light that comes in at a horizontal level while allowing it to still come in vertically.
The importance of color
Different lens colors offer different benefits.
- Rose lenses are comfortable to look through. And when you’re wearing them, who feels happier than you?
- Yellow lenses enhance depth perception but distort color. Still, you look really artsy.
- Brown lenses provide a good combination of true colors and increased contrast, and are great for driving and just generally looking Hollywood.
- Smoke lenses provide the truest transmission of colors and maintain normal depth perception. Plus, you look all smoky and sexy.
- Green lenses provide true color transmission. Who walks around here like some kind of cocky jet pilot?
