Suspected defective lens coating

"Three months after I purchased these glasses, there was a fogginess all around the perimeter that doesn't wash off. It's as if something got under the coating. I washed them with warm soapy water but it didn't help. I've had these types of glasses before and never had an issue like this, I'm very dissatisfied."
