Disappointing

"I've owned other versions of Solar Shields clipons and have been very happy with them. These however are constructed differently. My previous versions had a metal frame around the lenses that the center spring piece attached to. That frame allowed for a seamless attachment to the lenses. These however don't have the metal frame and because of that must be attached to the lenses with rather large plastic clip. That clip intrudes on your field of vision somewhat and is rather annoying. Remember the movie ""The Jerk"". . ."

I would not buy this product again.

"Might be ok for wire rimmed glasses but don't work for plastic rims because the clips are stationery with no spring so they just fall off the glasses as they are a set size and for me the size was too big for my frames."
