I'm so glad I was

"I'm so glad I was able to find the Isa glasses - I absolutely love these glasses. That is why I purchased 3 pairs - because if anything happened to the pair of glasses - I would have another pair to wear. I was surprised that they didn't come with a glass case. When I purchased the pair at Walgreens - the glasses came with a glass case. Happy I was able to find them."

"I've had a pair of the same reading glasses for years, and I loved them. However, you can't find them in stores now. These reading glasses are excellent, and they look great on too. Everything is crisp and clear. They do not look or feel cheap. The only thing I didn't like is they didn't come with a soft case like my old one did (no problem)."

Poor customer service

"I liked the glasses I received but realized a multifocal lens would probably work better for me so I ordered a different pair. Following the instructions on the website I emalied customer service to initiate a return. I heard nothing back so I tried again a few days later. Nothing. I guess returns aren't possible. Very disappointing."

Like Multi Focus better

"I bought Isa reading glasses. They fit too tight around the ears. I put them on by reaching an inch or so above my eyes. They made a little noise. The frame feels heavy on my face. I don't like having to take them off and on all the time at stores. I received a refund on Isa. I bought a leather cord that attaches to my glasses. When you put your glasses on, the plastic part of the cord sometimes goes in front of your ears. Also, it makes me nervous wondering if I will damage my glasses when the glasses are hanging on my chest. I have since bought 3 pair of your mult focus reading glasses. They are lighter. So far so good."
