Signing Up
How do I join the For the Many Shades of You®Club?
Signing up is easy and free. Simply create an account at https://www.fostergrant.com/account/login and select “Join the loyalty program”. By doing so, you agree to the Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions and will begin earning Reward Points automatically. If you already have an account, you will receive an email inviting you to join.
You can also join directly through the My Account section.
How does the rewards program work?
The program is a tiered loyalty system where members earn Reward Points for eligible interactions and purchases. Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout, and higher VIP tiers unlock additional perks. You can find all program details at:

Account
I already have an account—do I need to do anything?
No. Customers with an active account will receive an email invitation to join. Only one loyalty account per person is permitted, even if multiple customer accounts existed previously.
Where can I see my points and perks?
You can view your Reward Points balance at any time on the Rewards Page or within the My Account section.
Do I earn points on past purchases?
No. You will only earn points on purchases made after joining the loyalty program. Make sure to enroll before placing an order so your points are credited.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Membership in the For the Many Shades of You® Club is completely free.
How do I redeem my Reward Points?
You can redeem Reward Points during checkout. Once signed in, you’ll be able to convert your points into a credit and apply that credit toward your purchase in the payment section.
Reward Points can be used alongside other payment methods (credit card, gift cards, etc.).
Earning & Redeeming
How many points do I earn?
Per the official Terms & Conditions, you earn:
• 10 points for every $1 spent
• 100 points for creating an account and joining the program
• 50 points for SMS subscription
• 50 points for following on Instagram
• 50 points for following on TikTok
• 150 points for submitting a product review (200 points if the review includes a photo)
Additional points may be offered through special promotions.
What other ways can I earn points?
Members can earn points through:
• Making purchases
• Subscribing to SMS
• Following Foster Grant on social channels
• Writing reviews
• Writing photo reviews (more points)
• Participating in special promotions
Birthday rewards are also offered at the discretion of FGX (see below).
Do points expire due to inactivity?
Yes, all unredeemed points will be removed from your account after 2 years.
Your VIP Tier status is retained, even if points expire.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return an item purchased using Reward Points:
• Any points spent will be credited back to your account.
• If you earned points on the purchase, those points will be deducted from your balance.
Example: If you use a $10 reward credit on a $100 order and return the item, you will receive a $90 refund to your payment method, and the $10 in points will be added back to your loyalty account.

How do VIP tiers work?
VIP tiers are based on your total spend on the Website:
• Bronze – automatic enrollment
• Silver – $61 in qualifying purchases
• Gold – $151 in qualifying purchases
As you move up, you retain the benefits from previous tiers.

How long do I keep my VIP tier?
Once you achieve a tier level, you keep it.
Reward Expiration
Can my membership be terminated?
Yes.
FGX reserves the right to terminate your account and your participation in the Club if FGX determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use, or any law, statute, or governmental regulation.
If terminated, all unredeemed points and perks are forfeited.
