Product good, website and shipping NOT

"I've bought several Braydon mulitfocal readers from Foster Grant before and they are durable and work great for me. The Ironman are light and do the job but I've not had them long enough to determine durability. But when I ordered on Cyber Monday, the Foster Grant website kept changing the prices of each item as I added other items. I took whatever savings they ended up giving me though it was frustrating to have prices change minute by minute. Shipping was another issue, 14 days to deliver from date of email that said "Your order is on the way" was excessive."

USPS / Foster Grant Fail!

"I spent a week trying to track my order getting emails from one person after another following up on each. No one at Foster Grant seems to be able to communicate internally or read responses sending me endless page to track with little more that a "404" page response. Im done with Foster Grant, especially for the fact they use USPS for shipping."

Good but. . . .

"I have bought this same style a few times now, mainly because the style works for me. That said, I find the screws come lose often, and they rarely last six months due to the lens eventually popping out. But I keep on buying in the hope the quality will improve and I have not found a better style for me."
