These are very pretty and very clear, but. . .

"CUSTOMER SEFVICE IS OUTSTANDING! THANK YOU! As another reviewer wrote, they have a texture on the end of the arms that pull on my hair as I put them on and take them off. I love that they are blue light readers as well. These would be so perfect if they could correct this issue. Customer service is second to none. I called, they answered the phones timely, and I had a refund I think before I even hung up! I will keep shopping for another pair."
