One of my favorites

"I have been using Foster Grant glasses for years because their focus depth is wider than my expensive prescription glasses. The Eli style is my favorite because of the flexible/adjustable temple arms. However, the FG website doesn't even mention such a feature, which I find very useful, as the temples are comfortably snug around my head, so I don't need to worry about the glasses falling when I look down. Also, I wish FG produced the Eli style with the wider bridge."

Sent wrong product, but didn't charge us

"We had two lovely conversations with a Foster Grant representative. At the end of our business, she gave us a coupon roughly equal to the amount of the item. She was marvelous. However in fulfillment, the actual item we received was not multifocal, but full magnification, which was not what we wanted. It will be fine, but something wasn't done right after the order was submitted. I am confident that the agent did it right."
