If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund or an exchange within 90 days of the purchase date (including purchases made on www.diopticssunwear.com prior to 6/16/2021). We'll work with you to find eyewear that is right for you.

This policy does not apply to products bought through a retailer or store location. For retail returns or exchanges, please visit the retailer where you purchased the product.

Items must be in like-new condition to be accepted for return. For limited warranty claims, please see our Limited Warranty.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact Customer Service either by phone (1-800-426-6396) or email (fgxics@fgxi.com) to initiate a return for refund or exchange (customer must provide reason for exchange).

  2. If the return is accepted, either a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product or an exchange item will be shipped out, depending on your return preference. Shipping fees are non-refundable (some exceptions apply).

  3. Customers will be allowed one exchange of equal or lesser value per original item purchased and, under most circumstances, will not be required to send the item back. Orders meeting certain criteria may be requested to be returned to Foster Grant before a refund or exchange is processed.

Allow approximately 14 to 20 business days for any submitted requests to be processed.

Additional Terms for Returning Items from a BOGO Sale

  • Items purchased during a Buy One Get One Free (“BOGO”) sale are viewed as a pair, one being the purchased item and the other being the free item.

  • If both items from a BOGO are returned for a refund at the same time, the full amount of the purchase (less original shipping cost) will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • If only one item from a BOGO is returned for a refund, the cost of the original purchase (less original shipping cost) will be split equally between the two items.

  • Items from a BOGO are individually eligible to be returned for an exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value than the original item’s full price. Any difference in full price between the original item(s) and the new item(s) will be refunded or charged to your original form of payment.
